My name is Jennifer Diamond.  My family and friends call me Jenny.  You can, too, if you'd like.

For the past decade I've trained and worked in the field of mental health.  I've provided psychotherapy in community clinics, hospitals and schools.

My clients are of all ages and from all backgrounds.

I love that I get to do this work.  And now, I'm looking forward to meeting you.

Therapy with me is integrative and evidenced-based.

This means I draw from different schools of thought and use the latest research to guide me.

The foundation of my work is my background in attachment research and relational therapy.

I'm particularly interested in how we develop our view of people, connection and sense of safety.

I want to know how it feels to be you in the world.

What makes you feel safe and understood?

What makes you feel connected to others?

What makes you feel closer to a romantic partner?

I combine this relational approach with training in:

Emotion-Focused Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Mindfulness Practices

We can see what feels right for you and make adjustments as we go.
